Kaitlin Olson is a well-known American actress who was known for her roles in Deandra Sweet Dee Reynolds and its always sunny in Philadelphia as well as Destiny in Finding Dory.She was born in Portland.

Olson and her early life

Olson was born in Portland Oregon and lived on Vashon Island in Puget Sound in the west of Seattle Washinton till she was 8 years old. She later relocated with her family to the Tigard and Tualatin area. She grew up in a farm. Her father Donald Olson worked as a publisher of the Portland tribune. Olson suffered a bike accident when she was 12 years old and that resulted in a fractured skull that had to be operated. Olson attended the University of Oregon and then graduated with a BS in theatre arts.

Her career

Olson was a member of the improvisational group the Groundlings. She also toured with the USO to Bosnia, Norway and Kosovo. She made a variety of guest appearances in television soaps and films like Curb your enthusiasm, Jamie Kennedy Experiment, the Drew Carey Show, Out of Practice, Miss match, Family Guy and Punkd. She also played a role in Coyote Ugly. She lent her voice for Ethel in the first season of Comedy central series, Brickleberry and the 2013 film the heat. She has also lent her voice for Destiny in Finding Dory.


Olson is a very talented actress who has done a number of roles in films and also lent her voice in various animated movies as well. She married her its Always Sunny in Philadelphia co-star, Rob McElhenney, in California on September 27, 2008
